Applications are open to first-year and second-year UC Berkeley students in Fall and Spring semesters.

No prior knowledge, finance experience, or specific coursework is needed/expected. A curiosity or interest in investing is encouraged.

Intellectual curiosity, intrinsic motivation, coachability, and strong business intuition.

Coffee Chats start on 8/25 and run through 9/4 and Infosessions are throughout the week of 9/1. The application process consists of a name-blind first round written-application, an invite-only social night, and an invite-only final round.

8-13 depending on the applicant pool.

BIG operates a merit-based name-blind application for initial round, no resume is needed.
